How would you react if an impossible dream of yours came true?
This is how I imagine I'd react.

So this is a very emotional and personal thing I've wanted to commission an artist to do for quite some time. However, because it's such a very specific mix of emotions I wanted to convey, I never knew how to properly communicate it to a potential artist. >w<
I've been working on this for two days. It took quite a while to get the facial expression to what I had imagined. I'm still not sure if I got it right, to be honest.
The expression is meant to convey the culmination of a lifetime of yearning for the impossible. The grief of a long unfulfilled life. And the joy of a wish come true.
