For some reason, and I think it was mostly because I played a lot of Street Fighter V at the time, I was kinda into Ibuki and missed her old ninja attire from the previous game. Then I thought, what character do I have that fits the sweet yet deadly personality of Ibuki? That'd most definitely be Whiplash, enjoy!

Stella: Fun fact: Whiplash is probably the only 1 of the 3 sisters that could be a ninja. Since 1 rule of ninjitsu is "don't stink". I'm serious. XD Ninjas had to stay clean and avoid certain foods to not be detected by smell. XD
