Patreon commissioned character sheet for
Amethysmus
I loved working on this guy, not only because WOLVERINE, but because of his rich D&D/Pathfinder backstory and how much the client clearly cared so much for his characters.
A little more about Twitch that we didn't want to throw off the balance on the sheet itself:
*Loyal to whom he considers part of his tribe
*Hard to win over
*Loves fighting
*Is as intense as he looks
*’Bleeds’ Intimidation
*Pretty much a Viking
*(Pathfinder specific) From the Linnorm Kingdoms
*(Pathfinder specific) Hates everything Chellish
He's a Wolverine Barbarian, what more could you want?! Coolest commission ever, and
Amethysmus was fantastic to work with.

You did a incredible job!
I think you was able to capture the scent of the character in every single line. The expression, the body shape... I love the way you played with the anatomy to make such a heavy but at the same time charismatic character.
You're improving incredibly fast Rhos. It's awesome!

You did a very good job here really looks like a character from the old sagas.
And the overall asthetics of the whole sheet are perfectly in line with the portrail and tone.
The only thing I would add is that Berserkir from Danheim sounds like his theme song.
+"If your time to pass is predetermined, there is no point in fear and worry. May the Allfather watch over your voyages."

This is magnificent work. All the details you've put into the description really can be seen in this Wolverine. His muscular bulk, his shaggy rough fur, his detailed paw pads, his expression really make him and the way you've coloured him make him powerful and impressive character.

I have always admired Amethysmus' character. A lovely gulo.
You, my dear, are one of the few artists that seem to do the species justice. Not too bear. Not too wolf. Just right. It's so rare to see realistic wolverines, so kudos to you.
And thank you for getting the tail shape/length correct.

Oh hey thanks so much! Yeah, you know, they're different and different means a little bit of challenge. You can't fall into the comfort zone of the same forms and body shapes of other vaguely visually similar animals; you have to break them down and do the same work you did when you first learned how to draw a wolf or a bear. It matters to me when I take on an uncommon or new animal to portray it accurately, to capture that essence in their form that makes them unique and recognizable. Especially so when they're an animal as important to me as a wolverine!
