-looked into it- its 90.6 k thats why. they only allow up to 50. I could dull down the quality of the image. or cut out some frames, but its at minimal as is o.0

refresh and review the gif. that's what it looks like at below 50k

BTW can you give a link to the original GIF with 86.6 filesize maybe a friend of mine can fix it so it doesn't lose quality.
