Powers/abilities: Adept to expert training in martial arts such as Kung Fu and various weapons including but not limited to swords and spears, electric and water manipulation and control on top of wind magic, and chi manipulation/control. Fairly decent parkour and acrobatic skills. Can also shape shift and heal abnormally fast in water.
Weaknesses: Anything that might nullify superpowers or drain them, same goes for his magic and chi. He also relies on a certain type of beverages to refuel his internal lightning. And he's tough, but can be overpowered by stronger or harder hitting opponents.
Personality: In all rights, Etrian is serious about what he does, dedicated to helping out those who ask for his help. Even so, he can be playful and a bit flirty at any time, even when caught up in a fight. When hanging out with a group of friends or meeting with new people, he is more energetic and peppy, enjoying the company of others in many situations, whoever they may be.
Background: Born to Kyra Kaliuga and Vylas Kalistar, he ended up in the sole care of his father after his mother disappeared under mysterious circumstances and presumably killed, thus he lived his life learning and training under his father for a good while, until he was about seven years old. From that point, Vylas himself disappeared while on a major treasure hunt, as he was a renowned explorer, adventurer, and artifact hunter. Etrian ended up in an orphanage/homeless shelter, run by nuns and priests, where he ended up meeting the closest people to him besides his birth father. Sister Mary, and Maya Le Fey. Through this, he begun to learn magic in secret with Maya from her teacher, the superheroine Starshard and ended up learning martial arts from her husband Wenyan Namayoto, or better known as the Jade Fang before things went south and he ended up far from home, though eventually he returned after many years. From that point on, he used everything he knew to start SUPERIA, a private eye agency that served as a front for a paranormal investigation agency, along with certain secret identities.
Eventually, he pulled together his foster father and two mentors in Coast City to declare his interest in becoming a superhero, donning the costume and mantle of Shock Dragon, making use of his powers and training to begin fighting crime and thwarting villains in the city he calls home!
It was about time to get an updated image of Etrian in his Shock Dragon costume/alias, so here you all go, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! And this is the lightning/glowy version, as to be expected!
