Hm... there's an artist I follow who does "PWYW" (Pay What You Want) Commissions. The more you pay them on Ko-Fi, the more detailed and fully-realized the commission you get in return is! You just have to leave a reference of your fursona and some of their Likes, Dislikes, Hobbies, etc. Maybe you could do a looser version of that? I'd be happy to talk more about this via notes if you want.
