It's rare that such a trusted friend also helps out creatively, and I am fortunate enough to be blessed with several. Mako's been hanging around for years at this point, helping mold Threshold and Charinthosse alike into the instances they are today. I could sit here thanking him, but instead decided that he deserved a bit of my best. This piece is, admittedly, part of the reason that posting has been so sparse lately.
