Here we can see a nice shot of the armor on top and some of the flames...
I decided to accent the miniature with "fast growing" space crystals that glow. Some beautiful red on deep dark reds make for the crystals to stand out, and a little glowing red and orange glazes (OSL) around the crystals really make for a wonderful effect.
