Here we have Riz, an anthropomorphic Charizard who guards Melissa's underwater palace. (Don't ask how he is able to live underwater. I say its cuz of magic) He also acts as another bodyguard for Melissa, but doesn't usually go with her above the surface, as that is Sam's job. The swirl mark on his trunks and black rings and collar show that he belongs to Melissa.
