Wow.. Very nice! I like the detail you put in with the blood on the claws of her bone wing.. things. Unlike a lot of centaur-esque creatures I see, the transition here from the jackal torso and the horse body looks real and convincing.

My one critique is that the hair and the tail I think would look better if they were colored in a similar fashion to the fur; like with more little stray strands of hair, et cetera. It just looks a little too perfect! ;)

Ahh... yeah, I colored the hair first - it does look somewhat like a Vidal Sassoon commercial ^.^ Very silky. But I can see how a stray hair could definately have added to the realism.

From what I understand from the description provided me, a bone childe is a skeletal form that is posessed by the spirits of creatures who were killed at a young age. So this character's bone wings are held together and posessed by the spirits of young creatures, killed unjustly - but linked empathically to the character. (Shi didn't kill the creatures, I don't know who did)

That character is very cool! I really like the red/blood on the bone wings and the little glowy bits.

Man, this is good. Gotta say, though; I would love to het a look at her genetic structure. 8 limbs consisting of a pair of hoofs (sp?), a pair of paws, two hands, and those awesome bone-wings. It's like a geneticist's wet dream, or something.
