Minor critique or maybe just a question, but is that little white bump between Martin's legs where we can see Star's left her diaper? If that's what it's supposed to be it seems a bit off compared to the rest of the diaper. It looks squished right down the middle on his leg, though the right half that we see clearly doesn't have nearly the pouf that would need to be there on the left to see the diaper like that. Based on the way she is kneeling seeing her leg there also seems a bit off as well. Really cute picture otherwise, I just wanted to point what I thought could be a minor mistake.
