Finally made another addition to the Pokemon portion of my anime library, as i recently picked up the complete collection of the Orange Islands arc on my last DVD run a few days ago but forgot to show it then so now that has been fixed. Next i'll be moving to getting the Johto League sets eventually.
Note: This is the re released version of the complete collection set from a few years back, where the episodes "Stage Fight" and "The Mandarin Island Miss Match" are not included which had previously already been available on the original single disc releases and 2008 box set much the same as "Holiday Hi-Jynx" on the Indigo League set due to featuring the old pre edited version of Jynx because of controversies over said original design. However, i do have copies of them on the respective singles to account for this omission.

I'm guessing they've only released volumes with a few episodes per set or something, that's like how it was here in the late '90s/early 2000's at the height of the franchise's popularity here in it's early years where they released three or four episode single disc volumes on VHS and DVD. Box sets didn't start coming for the series until quite a while later.
Yes, there was of course most infamously the Porygon episode which was banned due to the seizure controversy and that was many months before the series was even released dubbed over here. Also yeah, it is indeed not complete because the Indigo portion of the series is in fact 80 some odd episodes (minus the couple of banned eps on the Japanese side) in total. They released the first 52 here on Blu-ray in a "Champion Edition" set a while back but not the rest.
