Basically, I had the Headcanon that for a Warrior-Hunter Culture like The Belzewolves, to propose to a Wolfess of the Culture, one has to give them a tool or item they can use, that is of high quality, or reactive to their nature.

In this case, Victor, the rather sheepish looking Male Belzewolf, was a little out of touch with the Culture due to being a Human that was transformed into a Belzewolf, and had crafted a Sword for Urara, a Huntress and "Princess" of the Tribe, due to the latter commissioning it, and put quite a bit of his Soul into the Weapon, having effectively put his "Heart" into crafting the sword to ensure it could be a weapon that lasts and grows with the User.

That meant that when Urara opened her Jagan to get a "Feel" for it, she was left in Awe at the Sheer Emotion and SOUL put into the Weapon itself, and mistook it for a Proposal.

The other idea was that Otto and Yukina saw the "Proposal", and that this track "https://youtu.be/kQoFe_J2mSU"; would have to be Cued, which, If you know Konosuba, You'd understand why.

Unfortunately, I only got the idea by the Time of Writing this entire Summary, and Thus, didn't realize I needed a bigger picture. XD
