I almost always work on art on and off over a period of several days or even several weeks (sometimes for several hours straight, sometimes only 30 mins in single day), so its really hard to say how long I actually spend working on a piece. I'd guess that 10 hours is probably a good lower bound. Sometimes I'll work on several variants of the same idea before I commit to a final version, or do a lot of rework if I feel the colors or composition are off, so that can double or triple the time if that is included.
