Living as I do on the Nova Scotia coast, I definitely relate to this scene. It's a common sight here between the winter's first icy, slippery snowfall and when the procrastinators finally put the snow tires on their car.

A common sight on the interstate near Manchester NH, usually some idiot from Massachusetts. You see them go flying by and you know that you’ll pass them in a couple miles with their car buried in a snow bank.
