For my birthday I got a bag of historic bank notes from my uncle. He is quite the collector, like myself, but he is currently getting rid of a lot of stuff for personal reasons.
Frontside of the 1910 100 Mark bill. I really love the elaborate design those old bank notes had. They were pieces of art, showing to you that the value was backed up by the gold in the imperial treasury.
