That title is purposefully contradictory because it's true and false at the same time.
Admittedly it's not easy to tell what Renee's wearing in this sketch.
It looks to me he's wearing a bathing suit like outfit under that top with leggings on, except the leggings don't reach the crotch which makes me think they're legging dungaree's... if that even exists.
