Name: Annabelle

Relationships: is Cassy's girlfriend.
Species: Red panda.
Alignment: the good guys.
Likes: fruit (apricots are her favourite), cake, cheerleading, getting tied up, being with Cassy.
Dislikes: hurting others (she's a pacifist), Eggman, unfriendly people, being negative.
Powers/abilities: uses her cheerleading skills to cheer on allies, making them perform better and boosting their stats.
Weaknesses: has no combat skills or training and will go down very quickly if attacked.

Bio: Born in the small and insignificant coastal mining turned fishing town of Barnsley, Annabelle was one of the towns more friendlier citizens, always being there to support anyone who needed it, even if they didn't want it. It was because of this that she decided to become a cheerleader, her friendly demeanour made it much easier for her to support people and cheer them on.
During her college years she met Cassy, a somewhat friendly hedgehog who was struggling with her study's. Annabelle made it her personal mission to help and support her, cheering her on even when she has clearly stated she didn't need or want it.
Annabelle didn't join the resistance when Eggman took over the world, her pacifist nature prevented her from fighting, even if it was against robots. The war never reached Barnsley, the small town had no strategic value, and was in the middle of nowhere.
Whist she didn't join the resistance, Cassy did join, much to her dismay. She tried to convince her to stay but was unsuccessful, after that she promised to root for Cassy every day till she returned, even thou she was aggressively told not to, she still did it, hoping that she would retune once the war was over.
When Cassy returned after the war ended and Eggman was defeated, Annabelle was the only one to come out to welcome her back, but there was something different about her. Not only had Cassy's arms been replaced by synthetic one's, but her personality had drastically changed as the first thing she did after she saw Annabelle was to hug her tightly, something that she had never done before. After that, she promised to never to leave her again, and since then the two have been inseparable.

She had a nice character design, and seeing that she was described as a friendly Red panda, I decided to roll with it.
