The ratties are newcomers; the cats have been living here MUCH longer.
Tiffany (on the right) is 14 years old. She's slowed down some but still acts kittenish when the mood strikes her. An ex-barn cat, she still prefers to spend her time outside as much as her old bones can stand, summer and winter.
Avalon (left) is around 7 now. Very much an indoor cat, though if she sees something she wants to chase she'll go outside.
Most of the time they pretty much ignore each other, but now and again they'll lie quietly in front of the picture window and groom each other...
