Only real gripes is that her arms turned out too short in the picture.
The voice actress that I think fits her perfectly is the amazing Cree Summer, I just love her voice.
Kickstart uses mainly hand to hand fighting in close quarters combat, she can electrify her hands and can extend out electric whips out of both arms.
