Honestly this picture and the commissioner's profile picture at the time of writing this makes me think about what if there was a type of lycantroph that changed with how heavily the rain came down instead of changing whenever there's a full moon(yes I know why lycantrophs change during the full moon, but I'm just proposing something here). Like for example a werewolf functioning under this concept would start to get some fur in a light drizzle then when it rains a little bit harder they would start truly having physical changes, then when it rains harder than that they change into an in between form where they are still sort of human however they are changed enough that people are able to pick up on the fact they aren't like them, and when it really starts raining that's when they are completely changed into a wolf or a wolf-like form and if they suffer from insanity whenever they change that's when it hits them full force.
