What makes him unique in his own way: before he existed, there was a bodybuilder Granbull and an athletic Houndoom. Both of them were kidnapped by three evil Pokemon who live in service of Dark Mewtwo. Mewtwo used his power to merge both Pokemon into one, body, mind, spirit, and even powers. Then Bradley came into existence, he was a Fighting/Dark and Fire-type, he's a rare breed. He feared Dark Mewtwo and he managed to escape from him. He chose the forest to hide and seek work from villages.
