A gift to  falconwolf

Haven't heard of The Hooded Claw? He's the villain and alter ego of Sylvester Sneekly from the 1969 Cartoon "The Perils of Penelope Pitstop"

But yeah, Falconwolf was kind enough to draw a Skippy! Pony for me, so I really wanted to return the favor and do something Hooded Claw related for her. I had a HELL of a time with this, for the hat/clothes.. but since Falconwolf pushed herself to draw a horse for me, i decided i'd push myself to draw clothes to make this really look like the Hooded Claw for her ^^

I drew it similar to how she modeled her Claw pony, only i gave him blonde hair, like Sylvester Sneekly has. I hope you don't mind!

Hopefully i'll get a better picture of this tomorrow. I took a fail-inside picture, and it's fricken 4:46 in the AM, so it's the best i can do without a scanner!
