Yes. I've been wanting to do this for a while now. Everyone's got all these nice pokemorphs and pokesonas but... Not missingno. So I fucking did it. Here it is, a missingno morph.
It looks female now only because it prefers to appear that way at the current moment. Ditto is always with Missingno (in the game if you catch M a ditto is behind it) as it needs to have a consistent amount of DNA data to have a moving form. With ditto it can choose to morph itself to appear male or female, but it doesn't have the proper body parts to have genitalia. This is also where ditto becomes useful, the two have a bit of a merged DNA and if it so chooses, missingno can use ditto to make itself false genitalia (breasts, dick) for temporary amounts of time, though if it has pleasure in using these body parts it's impossible to tell because it doesn't speak or show expression.
Missingno never has an expression unless ditto morphs one onto its face, but the expressions are simple and silly so they don't really work well.
The only noises missingno can make are mechanized pokemon cries (like form the pokedex recording) high pitch radio static noises, and the occasional clicks and beeps.

dude i remember now to get his to this pokemon mon. first talk to the old man the teaches you how to catch a pokemon. then go to cinnabar island and got to the right and surf up and down on that side so it looks like you are half on lans and half on water until you see the pokemon you can kill it or just run. you players name depends on if you need to catch it coz it will turn into a mew if your player names has some letter in it i think is a. if not it will glich youyr game and you have toget a new game most of the time
nah, Missingno never turns into mew. The level 128 Missingno can evolve into a clefairy when given a rare candy, level 0 evolves into kangaskhan.
Your name can determine what it appears like, though, like a w in the third digit will show you a kabutops fossil. You can also see it as an areodactyl fossil or a ghost.

You CAN find most any pokemon if you use the 'mew' glitch, which you can find info on in Bulbapedia. It generates pokemon depending on what the stats of the last pokemon you fought were.
Again, name only effects how M appears to the player when they find it.
