I remember watching Tom & Jerry when I was a cub. And for some reason Tom was my favorite character from those two.
Aaaand... I have to say I liked to watch at his feet every time they showed 'em in the show. Hehe. Sadly it wasn't too many scenes with Tom being tickled.

I've always been a Tom fan, and partly for the same reason, he always had such cute feet.
And those tickle scenes were few and far between, but fun each time. He deserves happiness. XD
I know most mighta rooted for Jerry, but I always did for Tom. He is such a fun character, and super adorable. :)
