Well! I'm a big fan of L4D2, and play as Nick most of the time. Found a flash animation on the Internet, laughed, and cropped out the Nick image.
Maybe a half-hour's worth of fooling around in GIMP and online animated gif creators.
Please note that the original image/flash was done by UnoMasTiempo on DA. All I did was swap colours around, and drew in a few crude bits.
