I missed my Vixen on our usual Wednesday date night last week due to Hurricane Isaias knocking out all travel and power in Eastern Connecticut. I wanted to get together Friday but she had to visit her mother and grandmother, and she had a visit from the Mother of All Mothers that weekend, anyway.

The pubic squeeze requires another person. Center your thumb and index finger right above the pubic bone, squeeze in and down like you are griping a ball. Sue said it shut the cramps down, and she suffered.
