The Flush, the main governing body of The House, a malevolent crime syndicate/real estate firm led by casino magnate Lucy Cardova. Half of the Flush (i.e. the cold and deadly Letterman and Sammy's deadbeat of an estranged biological father Honjo Masamune) are bodyguards to Lucy since she trusts them more than most people, and the cryptic and sardonic cyborg Mr. Reeds handles the day-to-day operations of the organization.
They suck, but they don't really care what people think about them.
