I really like the shading/colors of the background with this piece especially! It has a sort of low-fi/sleepy quality to it, which Varen really pops out against! Excellent job!!

I think it might be very grounding, in that it would be a good reminder of all she's got accomplished, to be able to sit and overlook the city streets and just see everything coming together! Reminder her that she's done more than she realizes, and she's worth more than she thinks. She's a good person, whose only shortcoming is that she unfairly judges herself and puts herself down. And much like her creator, she hasn't yet realized how much of a star she truly is; a glowing light in the lives of everyone who knows her!
