Here she is. The patron Goddess of the Nemean People. A member of what I call 'The Forgotten Pantheon', Alcestis stood alongside Zeus and others. But they greatly disliked her way of doing things among the mortals and she disliked the arrogance of her fellow gods and eventually severed ties with them. She is greatly revered by 'her people', respected, and always thanked for whatever blessings or miracles transpire. Alcestis rarely comes to Earth in the present centuries, but she USED to. Now she leaves the Nemeans to their own devices, but she watches from her Golden Throne in the heavens and will only intervene if she feels she must.

Rivaled only by her mirror opposite, the Lycaonian God of the Moon, Conquest, and Beasts; Lobus, both Gods preside over their domain. Both are always at odds with each other, a rivalry as old as the conflict between Light & Shadow, one never gaining ground over the other.
