This is Dagny, since she has thick fur and lives in Seattle she tends to wear as little clothing as possible. She started as a character idea and roommate to Ari, but fairly quickly asserted her importance. So in LtLA she helps knock some sense into Ackman, and becomes his girlfriend. I figure this particular skirt is something she might wear to one of the band's concerts, but it's also totally something she'd wear just to go grocery shopping. She's an artic wolf, with one great grandfather who was a husky. She's also very floofy! ^.^
