She should play the MMO I do. The gamer atmosphere is crazy toxic. The whole approach most people have is that of a joyless, morally bankrupt and unimaginatively pursued grab for illusive power and prestige. They show little sense of perspective or empathy; they don't like having to deal with people who are new, unconventional, or more decent and polite in how they handle things.
Itziar'd find lots of trash-talking, obnoxiously infantile, towering egos that her masterful mind could cut to shreds by coming out ahead while 'doing it all wrong'. People would probably pay for a streaming video feed of it happening.

Well, I say 'joyless' because it's DC Universe Online... but no one treats it like a game or a chance to create a superhero/villain character. They're all treated like mere strategic assets. Everything is all tactics and acquiring more power or bells and whistles to them.
I want more power for my characters too-- so they can go through all content while remaining survivable and helpful, and continue the ongoing 'scavenger hunt' aspects of the game I enjoy so much. But I get the impression being powerful is just an end unto itself with many.
