That could set up for a painful nipple twist which would be a rather dirty move, or pulling painfully on fur though otherwise I suppose it could prove a good distraction to let the smaller lizard pull another move on the larger wolf.
There could be a risk though if the opponent had quick enough reflexes and managed to grab the lizard's ankle and go for the dreaded foot tickle.
