why was the money withheld?

What do you mean??? It went through fine on my side? Let me go back and look at the transaction. It might be that I had sent you money a day or two prior so PayPal thought it was suspicious activity or something.

It doesn’t say that on my side. It says that you received them. I’ve seen this happen before though. Sometimes the receiver of the funds will have the transaction put on hold on their end because PayPal thinks it’s suspicious activity. I would just send you more but it will do it again. They should remove the hold soon hopefully.. if not you might need to contact PayPal because on my side the money has already been taken.
