This very short ditty for battery percussion is what plays when the television announcer says, "You're watching Drumbeat-TV." Drumbeat-TV is a programming block associated with Wildcat City's own contribution to traditional over-the-air broadcasting, WBC (Wildcat Broadcasting Corporation). WBC-KIDS is the title of both a specific programming block on the regular network, and its own spin-off channel, available originally only via cable or satellite, but now available as a free to view channel over the air. (The switch was made after remarks Leo the Patriotic Lion made towards CNN made sales in cable and satellite television drop to almost zero, and some people threw away their TVs altogether, settling for just books, the radio, and being outside.)

While the name Drumbeat-TV originally referred to just music-oriented programming, the block now airs children's programming of all varities.

WBC Kids programming ranges from originals (such as "The Adventures of Drummer Dog") to shows it has been given permission to air or acquired the rights to air (an example of this would be the original "The Magic School Bus" if that was the case).
