The story behind this.
On the bus on the way home from school I usually draw. The other day I decided to draw badass Gunge. Now I start drawing this and I'm really bloody pleased with myself because it looked good, not to mention good ON A FRIKKEN BUS. The lines aren't even shaky. Now no one ever pays any attention to me on the bus and I don't have a problem with that at all. But what REALLY pissed me off was that this little kid in front of me from Murrays Bay Intermediate is drawing little anime's and neko's on a pad. RIGHT IN THE SEAT IN FRONT OF ME. I didn't notice until I heard some guy saying 'look she's just doing that freehand!' and all this WOA stuff going on so I look up and see for myself. Nahnahnahnahswearcussnahnahnahnahhissnahnahnahnahnah.I am an attention whore and I didn't like how she ignored everyone's interest in her work.
But this took a while to finish 'cause I didn't finish it on the bus 'cause that moment depressed me like, you have no idea. I don't even know why. But whenever I looked at the unfinished floating head and shoulders I teared up. Ugh. Art means a lot to me.

then again, they gave the little-er(? if i am reading this correctly) person attention because of the age.
I can bet she was like a girl in my graduating class. She traced until she could draw that exact pose. =u= it was so lame. and she won CONTESTS with that crap only because other people were too lazy to enter. :p
I can understand the feeling of being swarmed with 'oohs' and 'ahs' over your art. I enjoy it too. ^-^ But it is a bit lame when someone won't suck it up a little and enjoy the comments they get on their art. :(
