Matt dosent quite just "give" himself the award of employee of the month, he is a very hard working wolf that sets his own goals, and will be sure to meet them.
As the bar grows, supply must meet demand, that means maybe there needs to be a few more waiters, a bartender, even an entertainer or two, but he has to find someone who could fit the role perfectly, and then add a littler persuasion to proceedings...
