The hearts around Aliya's head just means that she loves being handcuffed and gagged, as she stares at Blue the Fox, since he's the same guy that did the same thing to her in one of my mini comics.
Also, you can tell that Blue has black hair (He dyes his hair in his spare time and he has dark circles under his eyes, meaning that he hadn't been sleeping. This was based off from Discord Whooves that I came across on YouTube. Worth checking out.
