Looks like she's got a lot of life to me! Very nicely done and great coloring.

The hairfeathers might need to be differentially coloured, like the way the head looks different from the rest of the body in that pic on the wiki. Otherwise, looking good so far!

I was thinking I'd have to bring the crest higher up on her head... otherwise, colouring them differently will make her look 'bald' on top ahaha... But thank you.

Yeah, definitely needs a lot more work... I need more reff pics of their breast colours... She has far too much grey, she looks sort of meh right now :>
Also, they are awesome birds and I'm glad to share them with the woooorld lol

I'm quite partial to the Crowned Victoria pigeons. :3

Pigeons can be amazingly pretty birds - even rock doves have those lovely violet and green iridescent feathers...
But yeah, I didn't know whether to make her a Nicobar or Victoria... I decided Nicobars would be more fun the anthropomorphise :>

She looks plenty alive, just really, really bored. I can sorta see the look you were going for with the eyes and mouth but really they just make her look like a mix of agitation and apathy, like someones making her stand in place like that while she's being drawn.

The eye looks a lil' too... centered. All in all her head looks exactly like the pokemon xatu I think :D

Other than the head, everything else is perfect, I love it. Also, BEWBS.

The expression's blank, but was supposed to be. If I draw the character emotionless, I can use that as a template and work out how they express from there.
I agree the eye may be too centered. I was thinking about the fact pigeons, being a prey species, have eyes on either side of their heads but... That doesn't really work on an anthro.

Action pose! She looks like a very downy soft birdy, you were always real good at getting that fluffy look down.

Though I think she needs to have some more color and feather fluff in her breasts, like the real life picture shows. Not saying you gotta give her a bigger bust, just the real bird has a very prominent tuft there.

I drew this while I didn't have access to a good reff for the plumage on the chest, I definitely agree she's a bit plain there and will look into making her chest a bit more interesting.
I have another copy where I was working out chest patterns, but it was a pretty flat and boring image... So I over-compensated with ACTION POSE here lol.
