Caroo offered no resistance as the street officer escorted him back to her cruiser. He didn't want any trouble and thought this was all just a simple misunderstanding.

The massive space station he lived on was cramped in many areas and he just wanted to spend the day in the mall and entertainment district to get out of his home. He had no idea he had broken the law by Loitering in one spot for too long.

As he slipped into the back of the cruiser and the door shut and locked behind him, he could swear he heard a soft hissing sound around him. His muscles relaxing and his eyes growing drowsy.

Moments later the Roo was asleep.

When he awoke hours later the environment was completely different. Caroo now adorned a Client uniform for prisoners and he was sitting in a padded room with no seemingly means of entry. Most curious of all his large, tender soles and toes where exposed on the other side of thick, unbreakable glass.

The officer who arrested him approached and explained to him that this was very common. Petty crimes required no trial and they could keep him for up to a week as an "incentive" for him not to offend again and he was housed in a minimum security area right next to the officers rest room. Many of them often passing by giving cheeky smiles and knowing giggles.

The officer leaned down to get her muzzle level with the arches of his helpless soles. She leaned in and pressed for a soft, playful kiss.

Caroo just become their little tease toy for the next seven days.
