Today we have something a little different, I made a watermelon salad since it was so hot out. Not only is it light and fresh, its also quite hydrating.
The blend of flavours is quite interesting with the subtle sweetness of the watermelon and mint with the warmth of the pepper and the saltiness of the feta.
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1/2 large Chilled Watermelon
20 fresh mint leaves
1 medium block of feta cheese
Ground pepper to taste
Optional Balsamic vinegar to taste
Step one
cube the watermelon into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
Step 2
crumble the feta cheese loosely over the watermelon
Step 3
Grind pepper suitable to taste
Step 4
Spread the chopped mint over the salad (Gently bruising the leaves will help release the mint flavour)

Congrats, losing weight is a difficult thing from what I have heard. When I was "reviewing" beers a little more frequently, I started to get a little bit of a beer gut. So, I stopped drinking for a bit and the weight was gone in a few days. I think I might have willed it away. There are a few people who really hate that about me...
