This one was bought a while ago, i forget who created this adopt but this is Stitches

They are a stuffed cat who gained sentience one day when the town they were created in became the epicenter of a wild magic rupture. Weaving life into the doll, they were torn to shreds and stitched back together multiple times, each with different stuffed cats and even a raccoon doll before they came to rest on the edge of the rift. That is why their body is as patchworked as it is. Waking up, they had no idea where there were, who they were, or where to go. So, choosing a direction away from the glowing rift, they set off.
