It's highly improbable...
Even the most deadly viruses don't have a 100% kill rate, and this is more typical behavior of a bacteria, rather than a virus, so some antibiotics maybe taken in an inhaled mist form and you'd be right as rain...
but Ebola on the other hand, that stuff is like Aids in transmission, only 90% lethal after a month with horrendous horror movie status symptoms...
