Why stop the ride there hm? Maybe some internal massages, squishes and kneading will make for nice fleshy hugs for those inside. Sometimes the ones inside deserve just as much spoils as the bigger creature. With each knead of those massive dragon like paws the walls would compress up against the visitor inside, smooshing them further into the folds of the rumbling gut. This amplified the sounds of the gurgles all around and even the rhythmic sounds of the heartbeat. Anytime she would speak the muffled words would rumble with a purring vibration. It didn't sound like she had malicious intent, but sincerely wished to offer spoils to those within.
