I'm serializing a screenplay here! Red Savina is a furry monster movie, loosely inspired by classic films and stories like King Kong, Godzilla, and The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. We have your transformations, your dangerous growing giantess, your sublimated sexiness, and of course, because it is me, your politics and your lesbian romance. I've divided the screenplay into four acts, and my tentative plan is to post one part a week.
And, so you know what you're getting into, this magnificent illustration of Savina herself is from cougr!
The first draft of Red Savina was part of my Patreon last year, which is where I've been doing a lot of writing, although most of it comes over here eventually. The Moira episodes show up there first (and yes, there's certainly more of those to come, although at this moment in time everything I've written in that series is posted here on FA, too). There's a whole novel-length romance posted for Patreon readers, though, which will probably not make it to FA -- atlhough it'll be released as an ebookwhen I get off my ass and finish the edit before the end of the year.
Anyway, I hope you like the movie! Act I of Red Savina is here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37859718/
(I could have mentioned this in a journal entry, but let's be honest: this is going to get way more clicks, so it's a much better coming attraction.)

Oh, hmm, you know that seems a bit too cynical. And then I remembered you're more than likely correct...
Glad I put you on Watch so I can see it when it drops. I really should get off my own ass and finish what I started.

I don't have hard evidence that people don't read journal entries, but I've heard it from others, and the circumstantial evidence supports it. I blame part of this on Fur Affinity -- and most other archive sites -- insisting on slavishly following the UX conventions deviantArt set 20 years ago, but it is what it is, I guess. :)
I keep forgetting that most of the potential audience hasn't gotten to read Savina's story yet, and as someone who's grateful to have already seen the complete series, I'm looking forward to seeing how other people react to this great concept!
And the fact that you now have multiple illustrations to go with the storyline certainly won't hurt the attention Savina will get. Dayum, those hips...

I was reading it, but I can't afford too many Patreon subscriptions. (...again.) So I just have to sigh and either:
- Wait for it to be made available free.
- Get enough money that I can pay every debt I owe off, move somewhere comfortable, and live off the interest it accumulates so I don't necessarily have to worry about bills.

Wish you were wrong about that, but its true; no way to gauge how many clicks/attention it gets and when it pops up on the front page, very few seldom look down there.
I do sometimes prefer journals over art when I'm pressed for time but eye-candy is always something enjoyable to see. Gonna have to keep an eye when it pops up. c:
