The main star here was the eggs. The process to make it was the main difference.
What you’ll need:
Eggs - pick your number
Butter - 1 tablespoon per egg.
A double boiler.
A whisk
Sides:
Breakfast sausage
Bacon
Toast
Cheese
Green onions
Set up double boiler on stove, and allow water to come to boil.
Crack all eggs into the top part.
Add half your butter.
Whisk constantly until it curdles. Your consistency should have it sit on a spoon with only a slow spill from the spoon. IE- a spoonful will have only a little spill off it.
Take off heat.
Add second half of butter. Whisk until butter is melted.
Serve with listed sides to your liking.
I’ll be honest, this is a lot more work than standard scrambled eggs, and honestly it was an experiment. Personally I don’t find them useful for a standard breakfast. But it’d be best used for situations where spreadable fresh cooked buttery eggs would apply, like with a breakfast sandwich or pancakes.
