Normally when people bloat they like to use them as beds. In his case, he needs an occupant so he doesn't float out of [his bed.
Quite the amusing idea and concept. It's nice seeing the belly being the lightest of it all as everything else just dangles under it. As well as the illusion that he might still be growing the way those gaps are spreading between the buttons.
