Bearbricks are a creation of Medcom, a Japanese company that created the LEGO Minifig imitations called Kubricks. They started out as generic blanks or create-your-own kits (including at least one Pantone color assortment), but began to hit their stride by making character-specific figures from popular media. The teddy bear-like Bearbricks were another hit.

They'd be going at you for saying stuff like that, I'm sure! The little bears are kind of cute. Looks like they've got pacifiers in their mouths to me. Cos-play baby bears, perhaps?
