Japanese style still usually starts at the top of the page, based on the manga I've read.

If you're calling the second half manga-style just because of the right to left, you don't properly understand either, even if you can comprehend the flow. I've read manga, both translated and raw scans, and it starts at the top of the page.

What's going on with the format here is mirroring: The lower half is right to left, top to bottom so that it can symmetrically meet the upper half at the middle.

Respectfully, dont tell an artist how not to express themselves. Its a bit selfish. If you dont enjoy the content, just dont watch the artist.

Japanese comics read from right to left, bottom to top, so it's a mixture of Japanese and normal comic frame order.

Right to left, yes. Bottom to top, not so much usually. They do have an unusual panel order comparatively, but it still usually starts at the top of the page.

What this is, is a mirrored format; the bottom half is in reverse order of the top half.

For my part, once I figured it out, I thought it was a really neat idea - the mirror symmetry between the two Mewtwos is a very creative idea. Ignore the peanut gallery - some of us LIKE unusual ideas like this.

Agreed, it's a bit confusing at first but once you figure it out (being able to look at the comments of those who have sure can help tho xD;) it come off as pretty clever

For a second, I was a bit confused of how to read this. Then I realized that it was two ends meeting in the middle with this comic concept. I actually love it and hope we see more of it. Keep up the good work.
