This is the result of about a half hour fucking around with some cloud styles I made a while back, and making a couple of lightning bolt styles to go with them.

I just draw vague shapes or lines. Illustrator adds in all these little wiggly details for me.

I suspect I may end up with a third lightning bolt style before the piece this is a background for is finished. And then I will be able to swipe those styles and re-use them whenever I need some kind of electrical energy.
